This is one of my absolute favourite massages. Hot stone massage has its origins dating back over 3000 years, to ancient Asia and NorthAmerican Indians. The stones themselves are made of basalt and are incredibly smooth. They can be placed on the body to warm up areas whilst simultaneously being used to work on another area. Most clients report a profound sense of relaxation and the extra heat from the stones allows me, the therapist to work deeply into the soft tissues to release deep laying tension. It is an extremely grounding and relaxing massage. I love it
